GUEST RULES
- Entry & Ticketing
All guests must present a valid ticket or proof of payment before entry. Forged, duplicated, or reused tickets are not allowed. Security checks may apply at entry, and management reserves the right to refuse admission without refund. - Wristbands & Access
Wristbands must be worn at all times within the facility for access and movement. - Payments
Only payments made through approved Nautica Beach payment platforms will be accepted. - Safety & Conduct
Guests must follow all instructions from lifeguards, security, and management. Any form of violence, harassment, disruptive behavior, weapons, or illegal substances is strictly prohibited. - Family & Children Policy
Children under 18 must be supervised at all times with at least one adult for every three children. Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. - Swimming Rules
Swimming is only allowed in designated areas and must stop by 6:00 PM daily. Swimming during bad weather, high tides, or emergencies is prohibited. Proper swimwear is required at all times. - Facility Usage & Restrictions
Outside food, drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), glass bottles, and pets are not allowed. Professional photography, drones, and commercial filming require prior approval and may only be permitted Monday–Thursday. - General Responsibility & Property
Guests must keep the environment clean using designated bins. Littering or damage to property is prohibited. Speed limit within the facility is 20 km/hr. Vehicles and personal belongings are at owner’s risk. Entry implies agreement to all rules.
